Terms & Conditions — vipl

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "vipl" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at vipl.bet, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces.
• "User", "Player", or "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the vipl platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the vipl platform.
• "Balance" means the total Philippine Peso funds held within a Player's vipl Account, including real money and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback award, reload credit, or other incentive granted to a Player by vipl under the terms of an active promotion.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager before Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slot, bingo, fishing game, or other wagering product available on the vipl Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Applicable Laws" means all laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance applicable to online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to PAGCOR licensing requirements.

By accessing the vipl platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager on any Game, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with vipl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the vipl platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

vipl reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact information associated with their Account, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on vipl, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
2. You are a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
3. You are not accessing the vipl platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where you are not permitted to participate in such activity under applicable local law;
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of vipl, nor are you an immediate family member residing in the same household as such a person;
5. You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or otherwise subject to a restriction preventing participation in online gaming;
6. You have not previously had a vipl Account closed for violation of these Terms & Conditions or any related policy;
7. You are accessing vipl for personal recreational purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.

vipl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of the Account concerned.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the vipl platform. The opening, maintenance, or use of more than one Account by the same individual — whether directly or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to:

• Your legal full name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document;
• A valid and active Philippine mobile number or email address;
• A date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• Any other information vipl may reasonably request in connection with its know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your Account. vipl will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. You must notify vipl's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

Deposits

All deposits to a vipl Account must be made using a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funding an Account using a payment method belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. vipl accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI online transfer, BDO online transfer, and Metrobank online transfer, and major credit cards, subject to applicable minimum deposit amounts as published on the vipl platform from time to time.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from a vipl Account are subject to the following conditions:

1. The Account must be fully verified (KYC) prior to processing any withdrawal;
2. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name;
3. Any active Bonus rollover requirements must be completed before Bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn;
4. vipl reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation for withdrawal requests exceeding thresholds set by applicable AML regulations;
5. Standard processing times apply: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take between one (1) and three (3) business hours.

vipl does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Any fees imposed by the Player's payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

vipl may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, cashback awards, reload bonuses, free bets, and other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the point of offer and are incorporated herein by reference.

General Bonus Terms

• All Bonuses are subject to Rollover requirements. The applicable Rollover multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms at the time of activation;
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Rollover requirement has been met in full;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household address, per device, and per payment method;
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion's specific terms. Unused bonus funds expire automatically upon the stated expiry date;
• vipl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with or without prior notice;
• Any Player found to be abusing the vipl bonus system — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, the use of coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions, or the use of another person's payment method — will have their Account closed, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All Games offered on the vipl platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that specific Game.

Random Number Generation

All electronic Games on vipl utilize independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all Games are published within the Platform and may be reviewed by Players at any time. Live dealer Games use real physical game elements — cards, wheels, and dice — operated by trained dealers and subject to physical randomness, not RNG.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a Game, vipl reserves the right to void the round in question and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. vipl's decision regarding the resolution of technical faults is final. No compensation will be awarded for claimed winnings in a round that has been voided due to a verified technical malfunction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vipl platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

1. Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the vipl platform or any Game;
2. Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game;
3. Using the vipl platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
4. Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person to register an Account in violation of these Terms;
5. Providing false or misleading information during Account registration or at any point during the KYC process;
6. Accessing or attempting to access the vipl platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited under applicable law;
7. Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or pricing anomaly for financial gain;
8. Using another person's payment method to fund a vipl Account;
9. Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening, defamatory, or abusive conduct toward vipl staff or other Players;
10. Selling, transferring, or otherwise dealing in vipl Account credentials or Account balances with any third party.

vipl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the risk of gaming-related harm to its Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered vipl Players directly from within their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a limit may be decreased immediately but may only be increased after a cooling-off period of no less than twenty-four (24) hours;
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders that will alert them when a specified playing time has elapsed;
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period, during which login and all gaming activity will be disabled;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently or indefinitely self-exclude from the vipl platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and once confirmed, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected;
• Reality Checks: The vipl platform provides periodic in-session notifications displaying the Player's net gaming activity for the current session.

vipl does not offer gaming services to individuals who have self-excluded or are subject to any regulatory restriction on gaming participation. vipl reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming restrictions without prior notice where it has reasonable cause to believe a Player may be experiencing gaming-related harm.

All content on the vipl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interfaces, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of vipl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the vipl platform solely for your own personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the vipl platform without vipl's express prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vipl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the vipl platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming winnings due to a technical malfunction;
• Interruption or unavailability of the vipl platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond vipl's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the vipl platform;
• Unauthorized access to your Account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit vipl's liability for death or personal injury caused by vipl's negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

vipl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

1. The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
2. vipl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity associated with the Account;
3. The Player has failed to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within a reasonable period;
4. A regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement directive requires vipl to restrict or close the Account;
5. The Player has provided false or materially incorrect information at any stage of the registration or KYC process;
6. vipl determines, at its reasonable discretion, that continued operation of the Account poses a reputational, legal, or regulatory risk to the Platform.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, vipl reserves the right to void any pending or unpaid winnings associated with the Account. Real-money balances not associated with bonus abuse or prohibited activity will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file following completion of any applicable investigation period.

vipl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and available on the vipl platform at /privacy-policy.

By registering an Account on vipl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and marketing communications (where you have opted in to receive such communications).

vipl does not sell personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to circumstances required for regulatory compliance, payment processing, and licensed service provision as described in the Privacy Policy.

vipl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, vipl will provide registered Players with advance notice of not less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, using the contact information associated with the Player's Account.

Your continued use of the vipl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the vipl platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The version of these Terms & Conditions that applies to any transaction or dispute is the version in effect at the time the relevant transaction or dispute arose.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the vipl platform, you agree to first contact vipl's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. vipl will endeavor to respond to and resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. vipl Players subject to the jurisdiction of PAGCOR may also have the right to refer unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution mechanisms.
