These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the vipl platform at vipl.bet. By creating an account or accessing any service on vipl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Please read them carefully.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on vipl. This is a hard requirement under PAGCOR regulations. Age verification will be conducted and underage accounts will be closed immediately.
Each player is permitted to hold one vipl account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on vipl are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are the accepted payment methods. No currency conversion fees apply.
All bonus credits awarded by vipl are subject to rollover (wagering) requirements before they may be withdrawn. Rollover terms vary by promotion and are clearly stated at the point of bonus activation.
Any form of cheating, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated software, or money laundering is strictly prohibited on vipl. vipl reserves the right to close accounts and void winnings where violations are detected.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

By accessing the vipl platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager on any Game, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with vipl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the vipl platform and, if applicable, close your Account.
vipl reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact information associated with their Account, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on vipl, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
vipl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of the Account concerned.
Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the vipl platform. The opening, maintenance, or use of more than one Account by the same individual — whether directly or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Registration Requirements
When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to:
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your Account. vipl will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. You must notify vipl's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
Deposits
All deposits to a vipl Account must be made using a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funding an Account using a payment method belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. vipl accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI online transfer, BDO online transfer, and Metrobank online transfer, and major credit cards, subject to applicable minimum deposit amounts as published on the vipl platform from time to time.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals from a vipl Account are subject to the following conditions:
vipl does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Any fees imposed by the Player's payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
vipl may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, cashback awards, reload bonuses, free bets, and other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the point of offer and are incorporated herein by reference.
General Bonus Terms
All Games offered on the vipl platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that specific Game.
Random Number Generation
All electronic Games on vipl utilize independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all Games are published within the Platform and may be reviewed by Players at any time. Live dealer Games use real physical game elements — cards, wheels, and dice — operated by trained dealers and subject to physical randomness, not RNG.
Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a Game, vipl reserves the right to void the round in question and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. vipl's decision regarding the resolution of technical faults is final. No compensation will be awarded for claimed winnings in a round that has been voided due to a verified technical malfunction.

All content on the vipl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interfaces, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of vipl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the vipl platform solely for your own personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the vipl platform without vipl's express prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vipl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the vipl platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit vipl's liability for death or personal injury caused by vipl's negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
vipl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, vipl reserves the right to void any pending or unpaid winnings associated with the Account. Real-money balances not associated with bonus abuse or prohibited activity will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file following completion of any applicable investigation period.
vipl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and available on the vipl platform at /privacy-policy.
By registering an Account on vipl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and marketing communications (where you have opted in to receive such communications).
vipl does not sell personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to circumstances required for regulatory compliance, payment processing, and licensed service provision as described in the Privacy Policy.
vipl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, vipl will provide registered Players with advance notice of not less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, using the contact information associated with the Player's Account.
Your continued use of the vipl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the vipl platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
The version of these Terms & Conditions that applies to any transaction or dispute is the version in effect at the time the relevant transaction or dispute arose.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the vipl platform, you agree to first contact vipl's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. vipl will endeavor to respond to and resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. vipl Players subject to the jurisdiction of PAGCOR may also have the right to refer unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution mechanisms.
